CITISMA invites researchers, academics, and professionals to submit original and high-quality research papers aligned with the conference themes.
All submissions must be original and must not be published or under review elsewhere during the review period.
Key Requirements
Papers must be original and unpublished
Topics must align with the conference themes
Full papers must be submitted before the deadline
Papers must follow the official IEEE format and guidelines
Review Process
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
Evaluation will be based on:
Originality
Technical quality
Relevance to the conference topics
Clarity of presentation
Acceptance does not guarantee publication.
Presentation Requirement
Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one of the authors
The presenting author must register and pay the conference fee
Papers that are not presented will be considered no-show papers and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
Ethics and Quality Standards
Authors must avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism
Papers must meet academic and professional standards
Papers that do not comply with formatting or quality requirements may be rejected or excluded from the proceedings
Publication Eligibility
A paper will be considered for publication (including submission to IEEE Xplore) only if:
The paper is accepted through the review process
The final (camera-ready) paper is submitted
At least one author completes registration
The paper is presented at the conference
All submission and administrative requirements are fulfilled

Paper Submission Template
Initial Submission—Authors are requested to submit a full paper of 4-6 pages, formatted in the IEEE template. The paper template can be accessed here

Papers should be submitted as a Microsoft Word file via the Microsoft CMT system.
